	Rules of the Quote:
	· Quotation are usually valid for thirty days
	·quotes do not include charges such as storage charges which become payable due to later receipt of documents or customs examination charges.
	· The quote excludes Duty, VAT and Insurance. Please note: Customs duties, when Applicable, are based on our opinion only and may not necessary be the same as determined by customs.
	· Shipping Line local Charges exclude possible Container Deposit Fees, Demurrage or Detention Fees.
	· The given exchange rate is based on exchange rate date of quote and is subject to change.
	The quote is based on the details supplied by shippers and is related to current rates and conditions given to us by carriers and others, and is therefore, subject to carriers discretion and surcharges ruling at time of shipment. All rate and charges obtained form these parties are supplied to us by them and are subject to alteration and/or withdrawal without notice.
	Final pricing can only be done on receipt of cargo. Charges for clearance and delivery at final destination are only considered final on receipt of all Third Party invoices.
	All quotes are subject to revision without notice having regard to changes in currency exchange rates and upward movement in any amounts payable by us to Third Parties.
	In terms of payment, unless account facilities have been arranged, funds have to be Transferred prior to release or shipping of goods.
	Our offer is to be understood without engagement. It is based on our Standard Trading Conditions (available on request) and is in particular subject to normal and unchanged Conditions of transport as well as to the rates of freight, rates of exchange and tariffs presently in force.
